From our very first years in business Sir Charles Furriers has provided appraisals to individuals, estates, insurance companies, and their attorneys.

As Furriers, we have always been involved in the actual creating of Fur coats and fashion accessories from the raw Fur to finished product. We therefore have developed considerable expertise in judging the quality of Furs, their origin, construction, age, damage assessments, whether dyes have been used to mask the type of Fur, etc.

We charge a flat rate for a formal written opinion which is $100.00 plus whatever postage or shipping cost that may be desired, Fed Ex, UPS, Express, US mail etc.

Informal evaluations at our store are provided at no charge.
